We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for SaaS companies. This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. As an experienced recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to fuel our growth in the SaaS space.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BDR roles in a SaaS environment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand the specific needs for BDR roles and ensure alignment with team objectives.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for BDR positions.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with the HR team to create competitive compensation packages and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities and proactively manage candidate relationships.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and BDR hiring strategies within the SaaS industry.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on SaaS and sales hiring, specifically BDR roles.
Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and its talent needs.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices for sourcing and managing candidates.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on quality candidate selection.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Previous experience in recruiting for sales teams, especially for BDR, SDR, or related roles.
Familiarity with remote recruiting tools and practices.
