This role provides an opportunity to contribute to FICO’s market-leading fraud solutions to help our clients protect their customers from fraud and scams. The role will join an experienced team to deliver new capabilities benefiting thousands of organizations around the globe. What You’ll Contribute

  • Manage product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities (pricing, contracts; working with internal stakeholders) for FICO’s fraud solutions business.
  • Work collaboratively with FICO’s internal sales organization and clients, developing strong relationships to enable new deals, renewals and other opportunities to expand our market position.
  • Define and prioritize requirements based on market and customer requirements, competitive research, analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on FICO fraud solutions to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Effectively manage cross functional activities across product development, QA, marketing, legal, finance, sales, customer support, analytics, professional services, security, and other areas as required.
  • Translate technical requirements between clients and internal technical teams (QA/Development).
  • Manage operational activities related to deal management, including review of contract business terms; pricing, discounts and profitability analysis.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software and/or fraud management related.
  • Demonstrates a strong level of technical acumen in software technologies, specifically must be able to understand and translate technical requirements from non-technical to technical audiences effectively to drive product delivery.
  • Strong experience with pricing, contracts, product roadmap development and delivery; understanding business terms of deals and negotiating, understanding margin and costs for solutions when constructing a deal.
  • Relationship-driven, the ideal candidate will demonstrate experience forming strong relationships with both sales and clients and leveraging those relationships to drive product strategy forward.
  • Fraud domain/industry experience a plus.
  • Jira experience a plus.
