Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales: Minimum of 2.55 years in a B2B/B2C sales role, ideally within the HVAC industry or a related service field, demonstrating a strong track record of successful sales engagements.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced with Thrive CRM or similar systems, with a capability to efficiently manage and organize client information and follow-up schedules. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide detailed information about HVAC services.
  • Lead Generation Skills: Proven skills in generating and nurturing leads, including experience with outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up tactics to increase conversion rates. 
  • Client-Focused Approach: A client-centric attitude, with the ability to build trust, answer questions knowledgeably, and schedule follow-ups based on individual client needs. 
  • Time Management: Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple clients and service appointments, ensuring each interaction is timely and aligned with client expectations.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities, managing calls and reaching out to past customers to schedule seasonal HVAC tune-ups and maintenance services. 
  • CRM Management: Utilize Thrive CRM to manage client data, track interactions, and ensure efficient follow-up on new and existing leads for maximum conversion. 
  • Appointment Setting: Handle appointment scheduling for HVAC inspections, maintenance, and installations, coordinating with clients to book times that align with their needs and project timelines. 
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, and following up proactively on HVAC service requirements.
  • Follow-Up & Retention: Proactively call previous clients to maintain ongoing relationships, booking seasonal tune-ups and addressing any HVAC concerns or upgrades they may require. 
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, customer follow-ups, and lead generation outcomes in Thrive CRM, providing insights and performance updates to the team.
