Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Strategy and Transformation Lead to spearhead our strategic SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in RISE with SAP, Clean Core methodologies, SAP Enterprise Architecture, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), alongside extensive experience with SAP migration projects, including Brownfield and Greenfield approaches. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology strategies with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SAP transformation strategies that align with company goals
Lead initiatives involving RISE with SAP to facilitate cloud adoption, scaling, and agility, ensuring alignment with long-term digital transformation objectives

Clean Core Methodology Implementation

Advocate and implement Clean Core practices to minimize customizations, enhance system agility, and maintain adaptability to future SAP upgrades

Migration Oversight

Design and oversee migration strategies using Brownfield (system conversion) and Greenfield (new implementation) approaches, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations

Application Lifecycle Management

Manage ALM processes to optimize SAP application delivery, maintenance, and quality, ensuring robust monitoring and lifecycle control

SAP Enterprise Architecture

Develop and maintain SAP enterprise architecture frameworks that align with business strategy, optimizing system interoperability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise goals

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of SAP projects, fostering a collaborative environment for change and innovation

Thought Leadership

Stay informed on SAP trends and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights that drive continuous improvement and organizational innovation

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP strategy, architecture, and transformation roles
RISE with SAP: Strong understanding of cloud adoption frameworks, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Migration Approaches: Direct experience managing SAP migration projects, specifically Brownfield and Greenfield transformations
Clean Core Methodologies: Demonstrated ability to implement strategies to reduce customizations and promote adaptability
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Experience optimizing SAP ALM processes across the project lifecycle
SAP Enterprise Architecture: Skilled in designing SAP architecture frameworks that support business objectives and enable scalability
Strong leadership and change management abilities to drive large-scale SAP initiatives effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and German is a plus
