Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with a strong background in Databricks and Python to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our finance functions, including forecasting, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable development plans for finance functions, including forecasting, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices and coding standards.
Create and execute development solutions using GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
Utilize your experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to ensure high-quality outputs.
Develop solutions using Python, with additional experience in Java or .Net as a plus.
Maintain strong SQL proficiency to ensure efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of all financial operations processes and systems.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

3-5 years of development experience in Databricks using Python.
Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data retrieval and complex queries.
Experience with GitHub Actions workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.
Proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, preferably in the financial industry.
Solid understanding of financial operations processes and systems, including Great Plains or related ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial industry or related field.
Proficiency in Java or .Net languages.
