Job description

AlediumHR is actively recruiting a seasoned Vice President of EMEA markets. Are you ready to take on a high-impact leadership role that shapes the future of markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa? As VP of EMEA, you will be at the helm of a $378M business, driving strategic sales growth, commercial excellence, and market expansion. Reporting to the President, this is a dynamic opportunity to spearhead transformation, optimize performance, and lead a high-caliber team toward ambitious goals.

Your Role as a Business Leader

As the VP, you will own the full P&L responsibility and commercial sales strategy for the region. Your mission? Accelerate market share growth, optimize sales execution, and build a world-class organization. You'll oversee core commercial functions, including Sales, Acquisition Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Product Management, while also influencing Supply Chain, Innovation, Development, and Commercial Excellence.

You'll lead a team of 12 direct reports and an organization of 300+ employees, setting the direction and aligning sales, marketing, and national account strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a singular, results-driven commercial roadmap that turns strategy into action.

What You'll Do:
1. Accelerate Growth & Commercial Excellence
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across Field Sales, National Accounts, Customer Service, and Technical Service.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture new market segments and drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize sales structures, ensuring the right mix of direct and distribution channels to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centricity.
2. Be a Strategic Change Leader
  • Drive business transformation by embedding a growth-focused mindset.
  • Champion a shift from transactional sales to value-based, solutions-driven partnerships.
  • Proactively remove barriers to success and lead teams through complex change initiatives.
3. Drive Sustainable Innovation & Market Expansion
  • Leverage automation, sustainability, and digital transformation to expand product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for new market penetration, portfolio expansion, and strategic acquisitions.
  • Strengthen competitive positioning by driving innovation.
4. Strengthen Customer Relationships & Market Positioning
  • Deepen engagement with key customers to align on future needs and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales and Marketing to drive customer-centric solutions.
  • Build a trusted advisor status within the industry, shaping strategic conversations that drive business impact.
