Content Marketing Manager
 
Varonis is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and elevate our data security content. This role is designed for a strategic, creative content marketer who thrives on experimentation and execution. You’re someone who has bold ideas, gets things done quickly, collaborates well, and isn’t afraid to try new things.
 
 Working with the Content Team, you’ll create high-quality content, including blogs, videos, scripts, social media content, newsletters, and more, to continue growing Varonis’ brand and educate the market on the importance of data security. You should be comfortable covering complex topics and using data to develop interesting and impactful content to be distributed across multiple channels.
This is a fast-growing team with a lot of opportunities for growth. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Be a content strategist: Identify content opportunities, gaps, and experiments that can be applied to various initiatives and campaigns.
  • Find the right format for every story: Produce content across multiple mediums, from long form reports, to newsletters, bite-sized videos, and more.
  • Maximize content for all channels: Help distribute content across key channels, including our website, social media, employee advocacy platform, etc.
  • Uphold editorial excellence: Create content that is insightful, interesting, and funny, while simultaneously maintaining quality, depth, and relevance.
  • Be a team player: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and other teams across the organization to co-create dynamic and relevant industry content.
  • Track and analyze metrics: Monitor content performance and continuously refine our content approach.
The ideal candidate will have:  
  • 3+ years of experience in content production and marketing for B2B.
  • Video editing experience and familiarity with tools like Descript and Canva.   
  • Familiarity with AP Style and other writing standards. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for storytelling through words and visuals.
  • The ability to make complex topics relatable and easy to understand across different mediums.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and critical thinker, able to generate innovative ideas for optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
