About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Shopify Segment Marketing Lead to focus on retaining merchants, increasing app engagement, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Bold’s Shopify app portfolio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and maximizing customer value.
