The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and operational excellence across Fullsteam's Commerce sales business units. This role combines sales enablement and operations expertise to ensure teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and strategies necessary to succeed. Reporting to the Commerce Vice President of Sales, you will leverage your Salesforce, Salesloft, and data analytics proficiency to deliver measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead sales training initiatives to address skill gaps, foster professional growth, and drive productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create impactful sales tools (playbooks, case studies, competitive analyses, and SOPs).
  • Manage sales content development and distribution to optimize team efficiency.

Sales Operations:

  • Provide strategic support to SDR, Sales, and Account Management teams, including Go-to-Market strategy execution and customer tiering exercises.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and customer behavior.
  • Drive adherence to sales processes, data governance, and CRM hygiene.
  • Regularly evaluate sales performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership and managers.
  • Identify risks to sales productivity and initiate timely mitigation strategies.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, compelling messaging for diverse stakeholders at all levels, and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft, and familiarity with sales enablement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and third-party data providers to optimize sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, implement effective change management processes, and ensure adoption of best practices across sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales excellence.

 

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related role, with experience supporting outbound sales teams. Individual selling experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Salesloft; experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data providers is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
