We are hiring a qualified Civil Engineer, PE based in or close to the Houston, TX area but we would consider candidates in other locations.  This is a remote position.

What You Will Do

• Manage projects from start to finish with direct communications to client and Contractors
• Involvement in accounting tasks such as tracking, bids, and expenses
• Use of AutoCAD for drafting, design or QC efforts as needed
• Delegate or self-perform project timelines as dictated by workload
• Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
• Bounce to other teams as workload dictates
• Manage communication for internal resources, and accurate external communication as needed
• Continuously educate team members on standards and changes within client or scope of work

What You Will Need

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas required, would consider EIT on the path to PE
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel required
• Previous work in Telecommunications New Site Build/Rawland preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in construction preferred
• Experience with Autocad
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

Position Type

• This is a full-time and exempt position.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
