The Role

Do you love organizing, driving execution forward, and working with teams to help them succeed? Join us as a Junior Technical Project Manager and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions while growing your project management expertise! As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our technical teams in delivering innovative solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of senior project managers, applying best practices in project management methodologies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help drive small-scale projects, make meaningful contributions to the team, and develop the skills to manage larger, more complex initiatives as you progress in your career.

What you Need to Succeed

• Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of SaaS platforms, WebOps, and cloud technologies.
• Project Coordination: Hands-on experience assisting in managing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Initiative: A proactive attitude toward learning, willing to take ownership of new responsibilities as your expertise develops.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take feedback and guidance, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to track project progress, identify potential issues early, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: A team-oriented approach to addressing project challenges, bringing ideas to the table to support the overall success of the project.

What you Bring to the Table

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, ready to apply your knowledge in a fast-paced environment.Project Management Knowledge: A foundational understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and a passion to deepen your expertise.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, excited to work with cross-functional teams, helping to plan, coordinate, and drive successful projects.
• Problem Solving: A strong sense of curiosity, driven to identify risks, solve challenges, and provide valuable insights that ensure project success.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring you're able to update teams and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Analytical Thinking: A knack for analyzing data, spotting trends, and using those insights to make informed decisions that propel projects forward.

The Canadian base salary range for this position is 65,000 - 85,000 CAD per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. At Pantheon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
