About the role:

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead and execute strategies that boost our organic search visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions across our platforms. You will be required to collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure our digital assets are optimized for search engines and user experience. 


What will you do:

  • Own and manage SEO across our three main sites (pdfexpert.com, sparkmailapp.com, readdle.com), driving growth in traffic, downloads, and subscriptions.
  • Conduct site audits, identify technical issues impacting search performance, and collaborate with web development teams to implement solutions. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve business objectives, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building campaigns.
  • Research and uncover high-potential keywords to boost our organic visibility and refine strategies based on performance.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings. Identify opportunities for partnerships, guest blogging, and outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software. Prepare regular reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Escalate issues and opportunities early.
  • Work with the web, content, acquisition and Product Marketing managers to maximize traffic and improve downloads and subscriptions from the traffic.


About you: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior SEO role, with proven success driving growth for high-traffic websites.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and link-building).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across teams.

Will be a plus: 

  • Advanced certifications in SEO/SEM
