Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITOM applications within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the organization maximizes its operational efficiencies through ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence while working in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Lead technical implementations for ITOM solutions, ensuring best practices and architectural integrity are followed.
- Develop and maintain customized scripts, business rules, workflows, UI policies, and integrations to support ITOM functionalities.
- Configure and optimize MID Servers, probes, and patterns for Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Ensure accurate and automated population of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with complete and reliable data.
- Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, and other ServiceNow teams to integrate ITOM functionalities and enhance automation.
- Develop custom integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and orchestration.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow ITOM performance issues, defects, and system outages.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, industry best practices, and ITOM advancements.
- Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and operational procedures.
- Support governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry and security standards.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in ITOM.
- Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB architecture.
- Deep understanding of Service Graph, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and CI relationships.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing MID Servers, probes, and patterns.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Orchestration and automation frameworks.
- Strong background in networking, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure components.
- Experience integrating ITOM solutions with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Cisco Intersight, AlertSite).
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Knowledge of AI Ops, Machine Learning, and Predictive Intelligence within ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Management (Cloud Discovery, Governance, Automation).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
