Client: Discovery Financial Services through Capgemini

Position: PVS Core -Site reliability and Issue Manager

Location - US or Canada (Remote)

Duration: 12 Months

JD - Client is looking for an associate which have experience working on production supports with hands on experience of product owner who can manage and maintain a Jira product backlog. Along with that person should have experience working on issue management who can proactively work with developers to identify issues, breakdown to features and work with various development teams to implement fixes in production. Apart from this an associate should act as MOD (manager on duty) for pager rotation.
