Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Job Location: Remote but Candidate base location should be from Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead marketing strategies that position as an industry thought leader.
  • Create and manage annual marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars) that reflects industry trends and client’s expertise. Drive editorial calendars and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance lead nurturing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead scoring and pipeline visibility.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Work closely with sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to amplify brand presence and engage target audiences.
 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a System Integrator, IT consultancy, or technology services company.
  • Proven track record of driving successful thought leadership campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong background in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
