What is this role about?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Bondora, you will be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our growth. Your expertise will focus more on sourcing for niche and specialized roles—more in finance, credit and risk—while navigating different geographic markets. This role goes beyond recruitment; you’ll be a strategic partner in building Bondora’s talent pipeline, innovating hiring strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. By thinking creatively and working collaboratively, you’ll play a critical part in helping us achieve our mission of delivering financial solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for niche roles in finance and beyond. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with Bondora’s strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent planning.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers, and securing candidate offer acceptance.
  • Own and optimize recruitment tools, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall hiring experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
  • Champion Bondora’s employer brand and deliver great candidate experience.

  • You excel in uncovering talent for hard-to-fill and niche roles through creative sourcing strategies. Experience in the finance industry is a strong plus.

  • You analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and ensure hiring timelines are met while maintaining candidate quality.
