Job description

Equal Education Partners is excited to announce that we are looking for Self Employed Online Teachers to join our partner client's diverse and dedicated team. As a self-employed online teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and impactful lessons to students across various subjects.

Our client's aim is to provide a high-quality online learning experience that caters to students with diverse learning needs. They are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed. This position is flexible, allowing you to set your schedule while contributing to the educational journey of our students.

There is more demand for English, Maths, Science, and Humanities but we are welcoming applications from teachers who specialise in other subjects too.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
  • UK-Based with UK Right to Work
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring online is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum for the subjects you wish to teach
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting
  • Knowledge, understanding, and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with our team and contribute to best practices in online education

Benefits

  • £23.50 per 45-minute lesson
  • 5 - 25 lessons per week (depending on demand and your availability)
  • Hours between 08.30 - 17.00
