Job Title: Trade and Access Specialist

 

Location: United States – Remote

About the Role

The Trade and Access Specialist will perform a wide range of tasks. They are responsible for supporting commercial and trade strategies and accounts as directed, developing and articulating the value proposition of Advanz Pharma products, conducting health economics and outcomes research, leading price and reimbursement analyses and discussions, and executing plans for the achievement of market access (public and private formulary listings).   This person should have the ability to work and communicate cross-functionally and have a strong attention to detail. 

 

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting daily activities for our 3PL, wholesalers, distribution and other partners

• Monitoring sales and inventory reports and activities

• Supporting other commercial and trade activities as may be directed

• Reviewing and providing feedback on contracts and proposals

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses in order to provide analytical insights to specific market trends and/or access issues

• Providing strategic recommendations for pricing, patient access, reimbursement and health system strategy

• Managing PBM and GPO Relationships and Pricing Negotiations

• Managing Government Agreement Activities (i.e. FSS/VA)

• Managing PAP contract and pricing

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree (BA/BS)

 

Experience & Competences

  • Experience with contract terms. 
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.   Ability to perform data analysis and present results and recommendations.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fluent in MS Office Suite
  • Able to travel domestically and globally
  • Ability to work in a Home Office based position
