  • Base range: 80,000 - 100,000 Php per Month (based on experience)

Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX development, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot CMS, HubL, and custom module development.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) or back-end integrations (APIs, CRM data syncing).
  • Familiarity with the HubSpot API and custom integrations.
  • Experience with email template coding using HubSpot Email Drag-and-Drop Editor or MJML.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer with expertise in HubSpot CMS to design and build seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for creating engaging website designs and implementing them using HubSpot CMS, HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role combines creative design, UX principles, and technical development to enhance user experience throughout our marketing and sales funnel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design & Development

  • Design and develop responsive, conversion-optimized landing pages, websites, and email templates within HubSpot CMS.
  • Customize themes and modules using HubL (HubSpot’s templating language), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement interactive UI elements to improve user experience.
  • Optimize website speed, accessibility, and overall performance.

HubSpot CMS & Marketing Automation

  • Develop custom HubSpot templates, modules, and themes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot pages with CRM workflows and lead capture forms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct A/B tests and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and design across all HubSpot assets.

Collaboration & Optimization

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align website and campaign assets with business goals.
  • Analyze user behaviour, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify UX improvements.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot CMS updates, best practices, and current UI/UX trends.
  • Troubleshoot website bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges.
 

Qualifications:

HubSpot Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, HubL, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot’s drag-and-drop editor, themes, and templates.
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing HubSpot forms, CTAs, and workflows.

UI/UX & Front-End Development:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (experience with jQuery; familiarity with React is a plus).
  • Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly, mobile-responsive interfaces.
  • Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Marketing & Conversion Focus:

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user behaviour analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for website performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, content creators, and developers.

Technical requirements:
  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
