The role in a nutshell:
We are seeking a Trade Law Manager for Austria, that can provide support with administrative and organisational tasks, as well as internal and external communications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
How you will make a difference:
- Act as trade law manager for our Austrian entity.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, online correspondence, and data management.
- Maintain records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Organize meetings, events, and appointments while managing calendars.
- Handle internal and external communications, including drafting emails and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and company documents.
- Work with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and organization.
- Conduct some researched on requested topics.
- Assist in communications with stakeholders.
What will give you an advantage:
- Bachelor’s degree or successful completion of a commercial academy or its special forms or a higher educational from a European university or school;
- Based in an EU country;
- Proficient in German and English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
