Role: Sr. Pega Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience: 10-15 Year

Must Have:
  • CSSA certification
  • At least 10+years in Pega
  • Healthcare experience.
  • UIPath would be a plus.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Pega Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of applications to provide effective IT solutions. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Pega-based applications to meet business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing application support.
  • Lead projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Pega development and related technologies.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Pega development and enterprise application solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on Pega platform solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, case management, decisioning, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience leading end-to-end application development projects within enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies, SDLC processes, and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage project priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based Pega implementations (e.g., Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, REST, SOAP, message queues).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools for Pega applications.
