Job description

Across the United States, 6 in 10 adults – or 133 million Americans, live with one or more chronic conditions. Chronic disease is today’s leading cause of death and disability in the US and the leading driver of the nation’s $4.1 trillion in annual healthcare costs. Patients who live with chronic conditions require far more touch points than our primary care physicians have time to deliver and the result is countless health emergencies and costly ER visits that could be prevented. Workforce shortages and lack of technologies make it difficult to give patients the attention they need.

At Cadence, our mission is to deliver life-changing care to over one million patients living with chronic disease by the end of the decade. We mitigate the impact of chronic disease by using technology and a world-class clinical team to remotely monitor, manage, and support patients at home. Together with our growing network of health system partners, we deliver guideline-directed care to tens of thousands of patients today while producing best-in-class clinical outcomes.

Our Talent team is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will serve as a strategic business partner to our hiring teams. You'll connect with exceptional talent who not only possess the right skills but also share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and G&A roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and role-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and team goals.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media accounts, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and connect with clinical talent.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide valuable insights to hiring teams and leadership.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize performance to achieve hiring goals for the organization.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specializing in high-volume roles.
  • 2+ years of experience working at an executive search firm.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring senior-level talent within high-growth startup environments.
  • A self-starter who excels in an independent, fast-paced environment and proactively takes initiative.
  • A strategic problem-solver, who identifies challenges and opportunities in talent acquisition, and implements solutions that deliver impactful results.
  • Builds consensus with stakeholders at all levels to align on recruitment priorities and strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on high-quality results.
  • Data-driven, using recruiting metrics and analytics to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve processes.

WHO WE ARE:

We believe that all chronic disease patients - regardless of zip code - deserve access to the best possible care. Care is at the core of everything we do.
