Our client is a leading education company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  1. Performance Marketing (50%):

  • Strategically plan, manage, and refine paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and LINE Ads to drive lead generation and maximize conversions.

  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure high ROI and cost-effective strategies.

  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data, making data-driven improvements for better performance.

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

  • Keep up with Thailand’s evolving digital marketing landscape, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.

  1. Content Creation & Management (30%):

  • Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and social media content to increase engagement and drive traffic.

  • Work with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Identify and leverage trending topics to produce localized content that resonates with the Thai market.

  • Partner with designers and content specialists to develop high-quality marketing materials.

  1. Event Planning & Execution (20%)

  • Assist in organizing and executing online and offline events that align with brand objectives.

  • Manage event logistics, promotional activities, and lead generation efforts for both in-person and virtual engagements.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Track event performance, attendee engagement, and follow up post-event to maximize impact.


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, or Event Management.

  • Expertise in running targeted ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong track record in lead generation.

  • Strong content writing and editing skills for creating engaging and localized marketing materials.

  • In-depth knowledge of Thailand’s digital marketing trends and audience behavior.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, tracking tools, and data analysis for performance measurement.

  • Event planning experience is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
