What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for select client engagements.
Perform day-to-day accounting activities for client funds and liaise with service providers (fund administrator, prime broker).
Lead month-end NAV procedures, including fee recalculation, valuation review, and partnership allocations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
Produce monthly journal entries and prepare bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with outside CPA firms on annual audit and tax return preparation.
Oversee updates to client marketing materials, including fund tear sheet and investor presentation.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, advanced degree or CPA preferred.
5+ years’ experience in public accounting, fund administration, or similar.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Desire to manage and train junior team members.
Superior proficiency with MS Excel and QuickBooks Online.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task while handling daily client needs.
Interest in delivering superior client service.
Required:
Proof of US work eligibility.
Proof of suitable workspace for remote employment.
Salary
Location: Remote in the USA.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 / Year.
This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available.
Monday through Friday.
