Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration.
Act as a coach and mentor for cross-functional teams, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Guide the team in overcoming obstacles and remove impediments to ensure continuous progress.
Track and report on project progress, helping to improve transparency and accountability.
Ensure the effective use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and monitor performance.
