Up to 2 years Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service, preferably within the medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Core responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all inquiries received via phone, text, email, and social media platforms, providing detailed information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns. Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations and treatments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's calendar and resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Educate clients on the various treatments and services offered, highlighting benefits and potential outcomes to encourage bookings. Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-consultation to answer additional questions, provide support, and secure treatment appointments.
