Experience in outbound prospecting: Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 3 + years experience. Strong research skills: Ability to research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities. Proficiency with sales tools: Familiarity with CRM software, lead databases, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools for lead management. Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and nurturing leads. Data management skills: Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to track performance. Team collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales objectives.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify and qualify leads, using tools like CRM software and LinkedIn.
