Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project-Based Recruitment Specialist with 3-5 years of proven experience recruiting handymen, Airbnb cleaners, and maintenance workers in Brisbane, Australia. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Brisbane labor market, expertise in sourcing skilled tradespeople, and a strategic approach to high-volume blue-collar recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source handymen, Airbnb cleaners, and maintenance staff for Brisbane, Australia.
  • Utilize local job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and referral networks to attract top talent.
