Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent.
Create and manage content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to highlight job openings and company culture.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
