2+ years of experience in data analysis role preferably in recruitment. strong data analysis skills with the ability to match candidates effectively. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate profiling. Strong communication skills to collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams. Ability to work with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools. Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Analyze candidate data from various sources, ensuring alignment with client job requirements. Review resumes, profiles, and applications to identify suitable talent. Tag and categorize shortlisted candidates for recruiter outreach. Work closely with recruiters to ensure a streamlined hiring process. Maintain and update the candidate database for accuracy and efficiency. Provide insights on candidate trends and sourcing effectiveness.
