Pricing Analyst

Remote Role

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate price variances between POs and vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal procurement teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Verify that invoiced prices match negotiated contracts or agreed-upon rates.
  • Document findings and discrepancies for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Work closely with accounts payable, procurement, and supply chain departments to ensure accurate payments.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce recurring pricing discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
  • Maintain detailed records of all correspondence and resolutions related to price discrepancies.
