Pricing Analyst

Remote Role

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to identify discrepancies.
Investigate price variances between POs and vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
Communicate with vendors and internal procurement teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Verify that invoiced prices match negotiated contracts or agreed-upon rates.
Document findings and discrepancies for reporting and auditing purposes.
Work closely with accounts payable, procurement, and supply chain departments to ensure accurate payments.
Recommend process improvements to reduce recurring pricing discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Maintain detailed records of all correspondence and resolutions related to price discrepancies.
