Report directly to the Head of Payment Operations to manage strategic Partners including financial institutions, processors, card networks and other operations partners.
You Will:
Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to drive progress towards key initiatives.
Manage daily interaction with financial institution, processor, and card network partnerships, focusing on execution of joint initiatives and finding new opportunities within existing partnerships.
Manage third-party vendors that will facilitate verification and authentication of merchant and transactional data.
Measure, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
Work cross-functionally with risk and compliance, financial partnerships, business development, and sales to execute partner strategy.
Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to assist internal teams with advisory services.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Product: Liaise with the Product team to enable features/functionality in conjunction with card networks, third-party vendors and processors.
Legal and Compliance: Work cross-functionally to implement solutions that ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

You Have:
At least 5 years experience in the payments industry with extensive business, financial, and technological acumen in the space.
Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms.
Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated.
Prior experience in a payment facilitator is a plus.
