We are seeking an Operations Team Leader to lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the smooth running of business operations. The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for setting operational goals, developing operational strategies, coaching and motivating the operations team, and ensuring effective collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the smooth running of business operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives.
  • Set operational goals and objectives for the team.
  • Coach and motivate operations professionals to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Monitor operational metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and project management, to support operations efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices.
  • Develop and manage the operations team's budget and resources.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and methodologies.
