Key responsabilities:

Lead the development and implementation of ORMB solutions for healthcare clients.

Conduct system integration, fit-gap analysis, and data migration from legacy systems.

Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions.

Monitor and resolve issues and bugs, ensuring performance tuning and data validation testing.

6+ years of experience
Rich Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) for Healthcare clients development experience with minimum 4-5 ORMB project experience
Must have played technical lead developer role
Strong technical experience in Development of ORMB
Experience in system integration, fit-gap analysis, conversion from legacy systems, exposure to pricing, billing, accounting and payments
Must have knowledge on ORMB and Golden Gate Replication tools
Must have worked on SQL Tables and Queries to process huge volume of data
Expertise on Oracle PL/SQL along with detailed knowledge of data structures for Oracle table partitioning
Strong Data warehousing concepts and data replication
Performance tuning experience with ORMB, ODI, BI Publisher and OBIEE
Experience with incremental testing and load testing of ORMB product including data validation testing
Experience with migration / conversion
Previous healthcare experience is must
Keep track of issues and bugs and liaise with Oracle
Experience with onsite-offshore model
Excellent troubleshooting skills
ORMB Functional experience will be added advantage
Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
