About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys executing marketing strategies across various channels. You will be responsible for managing marketing materials, overseeing website content and SEO, coordinating social media efforts, and organizing events and webinars. Additionally, you will work closely with the design team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's branding and objectives. Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collateral & Branding
    Business cards – oversee design, production, and distribution.
    Signage – coordinate design and placement.
  • Website & SEO
    Maintain and update bios.
    Optimize website pages for SEO.
    Implement and manage chatbots and web lead-generation tools.
  • Social Media Management
    Manage organic social media pages.
    Oversee client testimonials and reviews.
    Manage job vacancy postings.
  • Events & Webinars
    Plan and execute event follow-up campaigns.
  • Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns
    Maintain agreed frequency of electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
    Set up templates and execute nurture campaigns.
    Create prospecting lists from outbound sales campaigns.
  • Physical Branding & Market Presence
    Manage client testimonials and reviews.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collateral & Branding
    Organize staff photos (headshots).
    Design and distribute brochures.
    Assist with marketing gifts.
  • Social Media Management
    Plan, organize, and implement social media posts.
    Publish cultural and internal event posts.
  • Events & Webinars
    Assist with event planning, budgeting, venue coordination, and presenter materials.
    Manage invite lists, communications, and registration.
  • Market Research & Local Area Marketing
    Conduct market research to support branding initiatives.
    Support community partnerships, including sporting clubs.
    Assist with local area marketing initiatives.

Supplemental Tasks

  • Website & SEO
    Assist with layout updates for relevant website pages.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You

  • 2+ years in a marketing role, with experience in digital and print marketing. (Must have experience handling marketing coordination for an Australian-based real estate agency or company.)
  • Strong project management, content creation, and digital marketing skills, including SEO and social media advertising.
  • A keen eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, SEO tools, CRM systems (hubspot), and social media management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
