We are seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys in all U.S. states and Litigators/Trial Attorneys in South Carolina, New York, Texas, and Mississippi to join our powerhouse legal team.


Who We’re Looking For:

Pre-Litigation Attorneys (All U.S. States)

Experience: 2-3 years handling personal injury law cases


Responsibilities:

Evaluate cases and manage caseloads efficiently

Collaborate with our intake team to sign up new cases

Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s)

Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients


Maintain strong communication and client relationships

Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking



Litigation/Trial Attorneys (South Carolina, New York, Texas and Mississippi)

Experience: 5-6 years in litigation, trial experience preferred


Responsibilities:

Handle litigation cases from filing to trial

Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements

Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations

Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation
