The Line Manager, Project Coordination is responsible for line management of employees in the Project Support Group, including but not limited to the hiring and supervising of Senior Project Coordinators (Sr PCs) and Project Coordinators (PCs), ensuring availability of appropriate resources to meet company and project objectives, and ensuring alignment across the various project teams. He/she is also responsible for overseeing employee training and development to ensure optimal performance, and compliance with Innovaderm systems and processes.

More specifically, the Line Manager, Project Coordination must:
- Manages and develops Innovaderm Project Coordination employees to ensure high quality work performance and retention of high-quality employees.
- Supports career development, provides performance feedback, communicates team & individual goals as well as expectations and promotes a positive work environment.
- Completes routine performance evaluations.
- Participates in the preparation and presentation of department updates during internal meetings.
- Reviews project tasks and timelines, determines the level of resources and resource projections to ensure project teams are consistent with client needs, expectations, and contractual expectations.
- Ensures that project coordination activities are performed to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring timely quality deliverables, within budget and in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, good clinical practices, as well as study-specific requirements.
- Provides leadership and implements Project Coordination services and productivity improvements to ensure optimal utilization of billable resources by collecting metrics and leading task forces to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Works with the Team Leads and Associate Director to design and deliver relevant training to the Project Coordinators.
- May write, review and update related SOPs and TOOLs.
Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical project management.
Experience:
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry. Management experience is an asset;
- Experience in a CRO is an asset;
Knowledge and skills:
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment and establish good relationships with colleagues;
- Quick learner, good adaptability and versatile;
- Excellent leadership, judgement, soft and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.

Work location
The successful candidate for this position is given to work remotely anywhere in Poland.
Employees located outside of North America are expected to have some flexibility in their working hours to accommodate team or client meetings as needed. All efforts will be made by Innovaderm to accommodate various time zones of team members.
