Key Responsibilities:

Service Desk and Technical Support:

  • Provide first-line technical support to remote professionals and staff members, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services.
  • Support internal IT needs, including onboarding new staff, setting up accounts, and configuring devices.
  • Assist in the administration of our Microsoft tenant, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within the Microsoft ecosystem.

SharePoint and Documentation:

  • Maintain and develop SharePoint sites, ensuring content is up-to-date, organized, and user-friendly.
  • Design and implement SharePoint workflows, forms, and custom solutions to improve team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge base articles.
  • Develop and update process documentation for IT procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
  • Train staff on SharePoint usage and best practices to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.

 Training and Process Improvement:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials on new applications, technologies, and IT processes.
  • Conduct security awareness training to educate staff on best practices for data protection, phishing prevention, and secure device usage.
  • Advocate for the adoption of new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and support team members on the use of software tools and other IT resources.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.


Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with a natural ease and confidence in public speaking.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a remote support environment.
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and commitment to growth and efficiency.
  • Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude towards learning and technology.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Entra ID, and SharePoint maintenance and development.
  • Understanding of security best practices, including identity management, data protection, and endpoint security
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across MacOS and Windows operating systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Technical Requirements
  • Personal computer with 12GB+ RAM
  • Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 3 2nd generation or newer, or an M1 chip.
  • Windows 10+ or from macOS Mojave to the latest version. 
  • 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
