Requirements:
● Senior Unity Product Engineer – 8+ years of experience in the role.
● Someone who worked on lots of different projects, who shipped and maintained things in production, who maybe even sunset some projects.
● Strong core engineering skills (algorithms, data structures, systems design, coding practices, design patterns, etc)
● Seasoned generalist.
● Able to own designing solutions/architectures.
● End-to-end ownership, it’s not only about building it, but also improving it and maintaining it.
● Able to create shareable solutions, as they will make systems and tools used by many projects.
● Able to make changes to existing shared solutions, putting in the extra work to not break things.
● Experienced in working with other disciplines (product, design, art, QA)
● Proactive and clear communicator, who can interact with senior stakeholders in multiple teams to understand their requirements and rollout changes.
