Functional Consultant - Manufacturing, Managed Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Managed Services Functional Consultant – Manufacturing who will serve as a critical member of our team, specializing in providing advanced functional support and strategic guidance for NetSuite clients in the manufacturing industry. You will leverage your deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and NetSuite to help clients optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and achieve their business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse manufacturers, collaborate with a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the success of our managed services practice. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide advanced functional support and troubleshooting for NetSuite clients in the manufacturing industry. 
• Identify and resolve complex business and technical issues related to manufacturing processes. 
• Implement and optimize NetSuite configurations and customizations for manufacturing operations, including Advanced Manufacturing capabilities. 
• Leverage data analysis skills to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement. 
• Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions and knowledge share. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, industry trends, and best practices for manufacturing. 
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on NetSuite's manufacturing functionalities and best practices. 
• Participate in and contribute to the successful delivery of NetSuite managed services projects for manufacturing clients. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration, with a focus on manufacturing 
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, quality control, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles. 
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite's core functionalities, especially modules relevant to manufacturing, such as Inventory, Work Orders, Advanced Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex business and technical issues and recommend solutions. 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels, explain technical concepts clearly, and act as a trusted advisor. 
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite.
