Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is currently recruiting for an Optime and Anesthesia Epic Analyst to support a healthcare organization on a 3-month engagement. This is a remote opportunity, and the candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s Perioperative Process Improvement Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and support in Optime and Anesthesia Epic modules to assist with a Perioperative process improvement initiative.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and work with key stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and clinical staff, to optimize Epic configurations for perioperative operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any Epic-related issues, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Document processes, findings, and recommendations for system and workflow improvements.
  • Support the team with training, system testing, and go-live support as needed for Epic modules.
  • Ensure that Epic system configurations are aligned with business and clinical requirements.
  • Contribute to regular progress reports and updates on project milestones.


Requirements
  • Epic Optime and Anesthesia certification required.
  • Proven experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on Optime and Anesthesia modules.
  • Solid understanding of Perioperative workflows and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the full engagement duration.
  • Experience with Epic system upgrades, troubleshooting, and workflow analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in healthcare IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with Perioperative improvement projects is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Epic Optime and Anesthesia in a process improvement context.
Rate: $70-77/hr
