£150,000 - £250,000+ OTE

Estate Agent - Dealing with the sale of Luxury Properties

Location: Dorchester

Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer?

Signature Property Partners have immediate openings for Partner Agents to work in the Luxury housing market nationwide.

About us: We are an Estate Agency brand that specialises in selling luxury residential property across the UK.

We are looking to add to our team of existing property partners and are looking for the right candidates who want to develop themselves as estate agents in both practice and business, who also want to provide exceptional service and advice to achieve outstanding results in the field.

Signature Property Partners will supply you with all the tools you would need to support you with the growth and development of both your personal brand and company brand in your local market place.

Earning Potential: Our Partner Agents receive in excess of 70% of all sales completion fees. With an average fee around £25,000, an agent would receive £17,500 per property!

Responsibilities: Focus your time and efforts on the parts of the business you are good at. Prospecting for new clients with the tools provided will give you great direction, servicing each of those instructions and getting those properties sold in a good fashion, along with achieving the best possible price for your clients.

Networking gives you the best opportunities when building your personal brand so get involved with your local community and make sure you are offering support, advice and providing value towards their needs.

Be prepared to get your sleeves rolled up, be an excellent communicator so your always approachable as well as show willing to help when asked.
