Job Summary/Job Purpose:

We help companies minimize miscommunication and maximize opportunities locally and globally. In this remote role, you will connect clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills are key to building successful relationships with a diverse group of clients, vendors, and team members.

Job Overview: Customer Service Coordinator - Part-time hourly with the potential to grow to full-time

  1. Deliver timely and effective assistance over the phone.
  2. Use technology to identify opportunities and barriers and find efficient solutions.
  3. Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team and assist with quality assurance.
  5. Take initiative to find creative approaches that make each experience feel personal for all key players.
  6. Look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of clients, vendors, and team experience
  7. Track and report key performance metrics.
  8. Multilingual candidates: opportunities to provide services such as interpreting, translating, and linguistics support.

Skills / Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with teammates, clients, and vendors.
  2. Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  3. An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
  4. In-progress  - university degree or equivalent experience.
  5. Enjoys talking with others on the phone and video, including clients and vendors, to build supportive, collaborative, and trusting relationships.
  6. Proficient with technology and adapting to a variety of online platforms
  7. Excellent critical thinking and prioritization skills with multiple projects and tasks
  8. Proficiency in using online platforms with regular software updates
  9. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  10. Excellent attention to detail
  11. Track record of continuous improvement and proactive actions for personal and professional growth
  12. Ability to understand the needs of clients and convey them to others
  13. Thrives working in a virtual environment
