Job description

We are seeking a full-time Cornerstone OnDemand/SumTotal LMS Administrator to join our team and provide expert support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining course content, and offering user support through the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and SumTotal interfaces. This position focuses on ensuring our clients experience seamless LMS operations.

Location: Remote, open to candidates based in India

Working hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Account Management: Create, update, and manage user accounts for clients through the Cornerstone OnDemand and SumTotal interfaces.
  • Content Management: Upload, update, and remove course content, training materials, and resources for clients.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyze data using reporting features to deliver insights for clients.
  • Client Support: Provide responsive assistance to clients with LMS interface-related tasks, including resolving access issues, assisting with course enrollments, and troubleshooting interface issues.
  • Support During Business Hours: Offer support during US standard business hours, addressing critical issues according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with clients.
  • Content Verification: Ensure content is correctly uploaded and accessible for client users.
