We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Channel Partner Manager. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach. This position requires excellent relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and a track record of success in channel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to identify, recruit, onboard, and enable partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide training, enablement, and support to channel partners to ensure their understanding and effective selling of our products or services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing activities, including co-branded campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, contracts, and pricing to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics, such as sales data, market share, and partner effectiveness, to drive data-driven decisions and optimize partner performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel partner initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in channel management, partner relationship management, or a related role, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through channel partners and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective channel partner programs, enablement plans, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving partner success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
