SHIFT HOURS: anytime between 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales and Customer Interaction:
    • Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Sales Process Management:
    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
    • Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Market and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and development programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Pipedrive, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
