Meet weekly targets for enrollment, revenue, and collections.
Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining post-sales engagement.
Serve as a mentor and career advisor to prospective learners, guiding them through their decision-making process.
Offer personalized career counseling to potential students, helping them navigate their career paths while demonstrating how Company’s programs can accelerate their success.
Highlight the uniqueness and efficacy of the Company's online learning model.
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with leads and provide continuous feedback to the marketing team about lead quality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in international sales (background in EdTech sales is a plus).
Deep understanding of cultural differences and financial capabilities of students in the APAC region.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Trustworthy and empathetic individual who can connect with potential learners and provide them with guidance.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a structured approach to tracking leads and achieving targets.
Sales-oriented mindset to effectively convey Company’s offerings to prospective learners and meet revenue targets.
Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
