Our client is a leading education company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Meet weekly targets for enrollment, revenue, and collections.

  • Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining post-sales engagement.

  • Serve as a mentor and career advisor to prospective learners, guiding them through their decision-making process.

  • Offer personalized career counseling to potential students, helping them navigate their career paths while demonstrating how Company’s programs can accelerate their success.

  • Highlight the uniqueness and efficacy of the Company's online learning model.

  • Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with leads and provide continuous feedback to the marketing team about lead quality.


Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Prior experience in international sales (background in EdTech sales is a plus).

  • Deep understanding of cultural differences and financial capabilities of students in the APAC region.

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Trustworthy and empathetic individual who can connect with potential learners and provide them with guidance.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a structured approach to tracking leads and achieving targets.

  • Sales-oriented mindset to effectively convey Company’s offerings to prospective learners and meet revenue targets.

  • Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
