Job description

Senior Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Provide insights, strategic consultation and coaching to Nike leaders on organizational matters that contribute to growth of the business and team solutions. Provide coaching to Senior leadership to enable high performing teams, mentoring and advising them on matters of performance management, leadership capability, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, compensation, etc. Provide human resource expertise, enhance organizational effectiveness, and integrate programs and practices across Nike Global Footwear and Men teams. Deliver a full spectrum of Nike human resource programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams. Partner with country human resource representatives to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce. Understand local labor laws. Support the strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives. Accountable for career planning, while also sharing business inputs with Centers of Excellence and Employee Services, enabling them to create business-focused solutions. Leads successful implementation of Nike/business global initiatives and human resource processes; provides tools, advice, and information to support effective execution. Lead the strategy around developing and/or implementing DEI, employee engagement, talent, organizational design, among other Global human resource priorities. Provide guidance to managers to expand their people leadership capabilities in the areas of coaching, employee relations, career development, etc. to increase productivity and retention. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Employer will accept a degree Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Tourism Management and eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a human resource related occupation.
