Lead qualification: asking targeted questions to assess a prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a qualified lead.
Presenting product/service information: clearly explaining the features and benefits of the company's offerings to generate interest.
Appointment setting: successfully scheduling consultations or demonstrations with potential clients based on their needs and availability.
