Medical Live Scribe (US Healthcare)

BizForce is currently expanding our healthcare division, MedCore Solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Live Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Live Scribe, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient visits and interactions in real-time. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to contribute to patient care from the comfort of your own space. Responsibilities

• Attend real-time patient consultations and accurately document patient encounters, including history, symptoms, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and ensure detailed notes during appointments
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Ensure high-quality and accurate documentation in medical records
• Review and edit notes as necessary for clarity and completeness
• Manage your workload effectively to meet the demands of healthcare providers

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Live Scribe or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminologies
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using medical documentation software and tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in different medical specialties is a plus
• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (US time zone)

1. Processor:

• Windows Devices: Intel Core i5 (or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher).
• Mac Devices: Apple M1 chip or newer.

• Minimum of 8GB or higher for optimal performance.

• Windows: Windows 11 Pro (Windows 10 Pro is acceptable but not preferred). The operating system must have a legitimate license.
• Mac: macOS compatible with M1 or newer chips.

• At least an SSD for faster processing and performance.

Internet Connectivity:

• Minimum speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection for stability and reliability.
• A backup internet connection is highly recommended.

*Power Supply:

• A backup power supply (e.g., UPS or generator) to prevent disruptions during power outages (optional but encouraged)
